The project
The project comprised of the complete refurbishment of 1 James Street to include façade adaptations, the formation of an extended reception, new roof terrace, shell and core fit-out of retail space and Cat A fit-out to the office spaces, together with all new upgraded MEPH services throughout to breathe new life into this prime Oxford Street mixed-use building.
The brief
Our scope of work included dry linings, partitions, specialist fire-rated ceilings, internal performance door sets, ironmongery and timber skirtings.
Our role
Responsible for the design, manufacture, supply and installation of the dry linings, partitions, ceilings, carpentry and joinery packages.
