The project
The works comprised the CAT B refurbishment of floors 1 to 5 of the office space, 3 apartments, and a Retail Unit in 53-55 Frith Street, London.
The brief
Under the role of Main Contractor, our scope of works included soft strip demolition, MEP services, dry linings, partitions, ceilings, acoustic glazed partitions, internal performance door sets, ironmongery, timber skirtings, vanity units, kitchens, tea points, decorations, floor finishes and all associated FF&E.
Our role
Main Contractor responsible for the design, manufacture, supply and installation of the CAT B fit out using our Oakenwoods Group self-delivery model.
