The project
The works comprised of roof garden alterations to Lynton House, located at 7-12 Tavistock Square
The brief
Our scope of work includes strip-out, structural and roof finishes, cladding, MEP services, dry linings and partitions, ceilings, carpentry, joinery, decoration, and ceramic tiling and floor finishes.
With the exception of the MEP services, all the work packages will be self-delivered through the Group's in-house capabilities.
Our role
Main Contractor responsible for the design, manufacture, supply and installation using our Oakenwoods Group self-delivery model.
This project typifies our commitment to quality whilst remaining competitive in a highly sought-after sector of the market.
