Nick Kennedy
Managing Director
Responsibilities – Business Leadership, Operations, Health & Safety
Nick started his career at Mowlem Plc before joining Laing O’Rourke, where his skills have helped to successful deliver a number of challenging and complex projects. After 20 years working in main contracting Nick became the Business Leader of an established carpentry, joinery and specialist fit-out company. Nick appreciates the trust our Clients put in Oakenwoods, our actions are entrenched in what best meets their needs. Nick’s strengths is his ability to build trusted relationships, consistently challenging the standard to seek a better way and bringing a collaborative approach whilst encouraging our people to learn and take accountability.

Alexander Lambert
Director
Responsibilities – Commercial, Procurement & Business Development
Alexander’s interest in high-end fit-out began during his career at Laing O’Rourke whilst working on the One Hyde Park project for Candy & Candy. In 2011 he invested in an established procurement and commercial consultancy as a company Director. Alexander brings his experience of advising some of the largest Contractors and Developers whilst managing and generating year on year business growth within the consultancy. In 2018 he took the opportunity to team up again with Nick and establish the Oakenwoods Group.

Paul Hammond
Director
Responsibilities – Operations, Manufacturing and Construction Delivery
Paul’s career began as an apprentice at the age of 16 for a manufacturer of bespoke joinery, qualifying as a Master Joiner and Foreman. In 2010 Paul became the manager of a manufacturing workshop, designing and producing fine high-end products to installers and end-users. By 2015 Paul had joined Nick as his Joinery & Fit-Out Leader, where his motivation in leadership drove the successfully delivery of numerous projects. Paul’s strengths are his care and attention to detail, ability to collaborate with our Clients and provide confidence that their projects will be delivered safely, on time, on budget and to a very high standard.
